OUR ENGAGEMENTS

Three engagements,
each with a clear
written outcome.

Whether you are reading the landscape for the first time, running a supervised pilot, or looking for independent oversight of AI already in use — etoileagee has a scoped engagement to suit where your team is now.

OUR APPROACH

How etoileagee works before, during, and after.

Every etoileagee engagement begins with reading — not selling. We start with a conversation about your firm, your underwriting line, and what you are currently thinking about. That conversation is free and without obligation. From there, if there is a fit, we scope an engagement that matches where your team actually is.

Our methodology holds three principles throughout: AI reads and flags, the underwriter decides; every step produces a written document; and regulatory alignment is verified, not assumed. These principles do not vary by engagement size or client seniority.

The three engagements below are complete deliverables, not phases of a larger project that requires you to commit further. A Workflow Review stands on its own. A Pilot stands on its own. Stewardship stands on its own. Many clients proceed through all three over time; others stay at one. We are comfortable with either.

01

Listen and read

We sit with your team and read your actual workflows before we write anything.

02

Write and align

Every brief is written against the actual regulatory documents, not summaries of them.

03

Deliver and stand behind

We review deliverables with your team and remain available for questions after submission.

SHARED ACROSS ALL ENGAGEMENTS

Standards that do not change by engagement size.

Data Security

AI access is limited to the scope defined before the engagement begins. No access is granted to systems or data outside that scope without a separate written agreement.

Human Confirmation

A named underwriter must confirm every AI-assisted output before it reaches a decision file. This requirement cannot be waived and is documented in the usage policy of every engagement.

Written Deliverables

Every engagement produces at least one signed, dated written document. Deliverables are reviewed with your team before being finalised and are designed for compliance or board use.

Regulatory Alignment

BNM guidelines, ISM standards, the PDPA, and PIDM circulars are primary reference documents for every engagement. We verify alignment against source documents, not secondhand summaries.

Transparent Communication

We communicate in writing throughout every engagement. If scope or timeline changes, we document the change and the reason. Your team is never surprised by a new request or a cost addition.

Malaysia-Specific Practice

Our work is grounded in the Malaysian insurance market. We do not apply frameworks from other jurisdictions and assume they transfer. Every recommendation reflects the regulatory and operational context your team operates in.
